Cindy Arena is an award-winning standup comedian, actor, and radio personality.
Identifying as a “terrible lesbian,” Cindy continues to win over crowds with her irreverent comedy!
She won first place at Rochester’s Funniest Person Competition and was nominated for a ROC Award for Best Female Comic. Cindy has been a finalist in many comedy festivals including New York City’s Yaaas Queer Comedy Fest, Midwest Queer Comedy Festival, Ladies Room Comedy Festival, Pensacola P3 Comedy Festival, and Rouge Island comedy Festival.
She has appeared on HBOs Game Theory and filmed a pilot for Amazon Prime.
Coming from the perspective of a degenerate boomer (also her podcasts name) Cindy’s comedy draws on her childhood with a family in the adult entertainment business, and life as the mom of two dumb millennials.
Cindy performs regularly at clubs all over upstate New York–Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany, as well as New York City.. She has hosted and opened for headliners like Jessica Kirson, Rachel Feinstein, Emma Willman, Jordon Jenson and Ashley Gavin.
