This low-impact workout focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance, all from the comfort of a sturdy chair. Perfect for seniors, individuals with mobility issues, or anyone looking to incorporate a gentle, effective exercise routine into their day.

What to Expect:
Warm-Up: Gentle movements to get your muscles ready and your heart pumping.
Strength Training: Using resistance bands, light weights, and body weight exercises to build muscle and improve bone density.
